The R1AS is an all-in-one audio system that is completely contained in the helmet eliminating any wires running to your chest like other audio systems. When you remove your helmet the audio systems stays with it. 100s of kits similar to this one have been sold on dozens of websites and forums.

Enhance your Stormtrooper helmet and sound like a genuine movie Stormtrooper with this custom made sound system. Movie accurate Hovi tips with speakers powered by a rechargeable 10w amplifier transforms your voice using the renown iComm Voice Modulation PCB. This system will slightly distort your voice and add programmable radio microphone break click sounds at the end of each transmission. You’ll also receive an omni-directional headset microphone which will give your voice crystal clear sound and a PTT cable (Push To Talk) for additional voice timing control of the iComm. The amplifier has the an auxiliary 3.5mm jack so you can play your favorite Star Wars theme sounds, TK chatter or any other music out the Hovi speakers mounted in your helmet.

The complete kit consists of two screen accurate Hovi Mic Tips (design may vary), satin black interior and exterior with stainless steel screen mesh, fitted with 1w max 90db speakers. Rechargeable audio amplifier with wall charger, iComm Voice Modulation PCB with jumper audio connector and PTT cable, omni-directional microphone (microphone type may vary), installation & operating instructions.

The R1AS comes with my latest version amplifier which has the ability to also power my SHA (hearing aid) sold separately. This added feature helps to reduce the battery supply footprint inside the helmet. Average Amplifier battery run time is 18+ hours. With connected SHA it’s roughly 8hrs+.
