SW First Order Stormtrooper Audio system

If you’re fortunate enough to be the proud owner of one the new SW VII First Order stormtrooper armors or just the helmet, your costume isn’t complete without my First Order Helmet Audio System.

These are made for the 501st First Order Stormtroopers. Also seen on 501st.com and whitearmor.net sales threads sold by ukswrath. Now available here through Ebay.

The FO audio system amplifies your voice outside of the helmet allowing your friends, family or fellow troopers to hear you better. Another feature is the ability to import any audio (SW music, movie voice clips, etc) via a 3.5mm cable (you supply or sold separately) which then can be played over the same speakers used by your voice. The system can be used with any FO helmet, fiberglass or other. NOTE: The left and right tube vents shown in the pictures above are required to be open and hallow for the FO Audio System to work properly.

Components you’ll receive:
The system consists of two (1.5w, 85db) water proof speakers, speaker harness with connectors, “Y” harness with a black 3.6mm audio jack, 7.4vdc rechargeable amplifier and wall charger,
omni-directional microphone (microphone type may vary), two swatches of black or white speaker cloth and a 5″ strip of sealing foam with adhesive to seal and insulate speakers, speaker risers (needed for Anovos injection molded helmets) and installation instructions. All safely wrapped and shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate mail.

Harness – 22AWG, 15″ audio cable with 3.5mm jack, white with straight plug. NOTE: Black wiring is available but must be requested at the time of checkout.

Testing:
This system has been tested with the ANOVOS FO Fiberglass and injection molded TK buckets. The system has zero feedback issues when operated properly and the volume at reasonable levels however, the injection molded bucket may require additional sound deadening insulation due to it’s construction. Preliminary testing measured full speaker volume output around 100db.
